Throughout, lyrics fight an inner conflict of longing and detachment, drums tug between peace and persistence, and guitars stay hot-and-cold on the listener, teasing resolution only for it to vanish. Mosaic composes a bridge in which bitter loss turns to scalding truth begging for icy honey to soothe a silver tongue. “Over” obliterates expectation as genre-bending pieces of pop, metal, and jazz ear candy come together for a dulcet revelation.
